From the NORTH and WEST

• From I-82 SOUTH, cross the Columbia River
• Take the Umatilla Exit EAST onto Highway 730
• Proceed past the town of McNary and turn left at the Port of Umatilla sign onto Bud Draper Road
• Proceed to the stop sign, at which turn left towards the Tidewater-Umatilla Terminal

From the SOUTH and WEST

• From I-82 NORTH or I-395 NORTH, exit onto Highway 730 EAST
• Proceed past the town of McNary and turn left at the Port of Umatilla sign onto Bud Draper Road
• Proceed to the stop sign, at which turn left towards the Tidewater-Umatilla Terminal

From the EAST

• Take Highway 730 WEST
• Turn right at the Port of Umatilla sign onto Bud Draper Road
• Proceed to the stop sign, at which turn left towards the Tidewater-Umatilla Terminal

Loading Times

• 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
• 24-hour loading for pre-approved Card Lock customers
